The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, and we do not warrant that the information on it is complete, current, or accurate. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Support PLLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site.

This site links to and embeds services we do not operate, including a scheduling tool and a client portal. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours. We are not responsible for them, and a link is not an endorsement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Tell us who you are and, in general terms, what the matter involves, so we can identify any conflict before you share details. You become a client when we have both signed an engagement agreement, and not before.

These terms, together with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of this site, and they replace any earlier understanding about it. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it later. We may assign these terms; you may not. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between us, and these terms create no third-party beneficiaries.
