Privacy Policy

We do not track you. This site has no analytics, sets no cookies of its own, and runs no advertising or social media pixels. Fonts are served from our own server rather than a third party. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us.

One exception worth naming: the scheduling tool embedded on our Contact page is operated by a third-party service, and what that service does inside its own window is governed by its practices rather than ours. See "When you book a meeting" below.

When you use the contact form. First name, last name, email address, an optional phone number, your message, and whether you checked the optional box asking to receive occasional insights from us.

When you book a meeting. The scheduling tool embedded on our Contact page is operated by a third-party scheduling service. If you book through it, you provide your information to that service directly, under its privacy practices, and we receive the booking details.

When you use the client portal. The Client Portal link in our header and footer takes you to a third-party practice management service. It is a link, not an embedded tool: we receive nothing through this website when you click it, and anything you enter there you provide to that service directly, under its terms and its privacy practices.

Automatically, through hosting. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs of requests to the site. These typically include IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors.

We do not collect anything else. There is no account system, no payment processing, and no user-generated content on this site.

Each has its own privacy practices, which we do not control. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are required by law or professional obligation. If you would like to know which providers we currently use, ask us and we will tell you.

To respond to you, to evaluate whether we can help with your matter and whether doing so would create a conflict, and, only if you checked the optional box, to send you occasional insights. Checking that box is never required in order to contact us, and the box is never pre-checked.

We keep the information described above for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our professional obligations as lawyers. Those obligations include being able to identify conflicts of interest in future matters, which is why information from someone who contacts us may be retained even if we never went on to represent them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@launchsupport.com. If you asked to receive insights and change your mind, tell us and we will stop.

We may need to keep some information despite a deletion request, including where professional rules require us to retain records or where the information is needed to check future conflicts.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive, and the site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is directed to businesses and their founders, officers, and directors. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
