Launch Support services focus on supporting the end customer through working with the Supplier to improve performance, both in a pro-active up-front scenario, as well as reactive get-out-of-trouble mode. Improvements may take the form of reduced Customer issues, internal problem avoidance or internal countermeasures to reduce frequency and severity of possible processing failures. Both of these have the end result of reducing your Cost of Poor Quality, and improving your resource utilization.
